Shipping Policy - Shipping
Formidab Shop uses the shipping service offered by Poste Italiane. This service allows us to ship our products throughout Italy and abroad quickly and safely. Once complete, the order will be delivered to the Customer in a period that can vary from 1 to 3 working days (Italy) and from 3 to 5 working days (Abroad).

The shipping cost in Italy is € 4.90 while with an order over € 50 delivery is free.

The cost of shipping to other countries, on the other hand, will be subject to different rates based on the shipping country.

NDR: Delivery to islands or more disadvantaged areas may take approximately 24 hours longer than normal delivery times.
Furthermore, with the service offered by Poste Italiane, the customer will have the ability to monitor and track their order at any time.
Return & Exchange Policy - Return
The customer has the possibility to request a free return if one or more products do not correspond to what is requested in the order, or if the product has been damaged and rendered unusable during the trip. The product cannot be returned if the package has already been opened by the customer.
